Sage Peachtree Accounting Product Registration
 
If you purchased Sage Peachtree from a Retail Store (an authorized Sage Peachtree Dealer in Hong Kong), there are 2 different options to have your Sage Peachtree products registered. You may choose to register via :
1. our support team where registered users will entitle to receive free technical product support services or
2. follow the steps outlined below to register directly via Sage Customer Portal. ( no support service provided )
 
Log in to the Sage Customer Portal here.

  • First-time users will need to register from the portal homepage.(Internet Explorer 7 or higher is recommended).

  • A login screen will open in a new browser window. Click the link on the right hand side of the screen that says 'Sign-up got a Portal Account' You will need the following information to register:
    a. Company / Individual Name
    b. Contact information

  • Once you are logged in to the Sage Customer Portal, click the Register Now button in the Product Registration box on the right-hand side of the portal homepage.

  • The Sage Service and Support window will open. Click on the Product Registration tab at the top.

  • Enter the following information:
    a. Product Family - Select Sage Peachtree
    b. Company Name - Verify Company Name
    c. Serial Number - Enter the Serial Number of your software: Located on the inside of the DVD case above the CD if purchased from Retail.

  • After you register your product, you will receive the information you need to enable your software.
